Main activities

Chemical and electrochemical coatings for small and medium-sized parts, in small, medium and large production runs.

HTS’s machinery fleet enables it to perform, in bulk or on jigs, over 30 different treatments, across three workshops responsible for separate tasks:

  • Barrel treatments
  • Rack treatments
  • Deburring and surface preparation

Designing and producing its own tool systems, HTS offers you customised solutions, even for the most complex issues.

Spread across 2 sites, the 3 production workshops are assisted by the laboratory, the methods, technical and quality departments, the maintenance teams, the purification plant and the logistics offices, in order to ensure quality and reliability.

Rack treatments

Hard anodic oxidation – Sulphuric anodic oxidation – Zinc – Nickel zinc– Iron zinc– Chemical and electrolytic nickel – Copperplating – Chemical and heat deburring – Zinc Phosphate Calcium coating.

Barrel treatments

Acid and alkaline zinc–Nickel zinc– Iron zinc– Electrolytic nickel – Chemical nickel – Phosphate coating – Copperplating – Finishing – Pickling – Passivation – Barrelling/Deburring – Washing – Degassing – Calcium-modified zinc phosphate.

Overall expertise

Operations complementary to heat treatments, such as surface treatment, mounting sub-assemblies, packaging, sorting, transportation and logistics can be project-managed by HTS.
