Since the creation of the group in 2009, HACER has been working on restructuring and modernising its production system. In order to succeed, HACER has set up a management system that relies on its employees who are constantly prepared to meet the needs of customers, monitor technical changes and environmental developments in the company.
This management system is deployed through our certifications and commitments:
- Creating a dynamic for our customers in order to ensure a level of technicality and a satisfaction rate in adequacy with their requirements
- Develop our company through optimal organisation and guarantee the permanent adequacy between our objectives and the observed results
- Satisfy our collaborators
- Provide reliable and robust processes and equipment
- Involve personnel and suppliers in compliance with the code of conduct, human and labour rights, protection of the personnel health/safety, environment, fight against corruption
Environmental
policy
Compliance with environmental regulations and continuous improvement to reduce the impact of our activity on the local environment are priorities for the HACER Group. Therefore, two staff members assigned by HAVER are fully focused on these issues. Our objectives include reducing pollution in the long term, upstream, by moving towards less polluting processes and, downstream, by building ever more efficient infrastructures:
- Modernisation of our waste water treatment plants
- Improvement of our flue gas cleaning
- Continuous monitoring of the development of the best available techniques en vigueur
These tasks are achieved with the approval of the relevant administrations issuing regularly updated operating permits for each of our sites.
